Absolutely. My buddy dailies a 240 with a welded diff, and the skipping really isn’t that bad at all. I’m sure it will be worse with camber changes as I’m live axle, but someone I know with a welded 7.5 in their V6 SN95 says it’s fine, so I’m pretty confident it will turn out great for my application.
